Great clean dryers and washing machines. The washing machines were very gentle and thoroughly cleaned the clothes. Owners were very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. - If you need to move another person's washing, please put it respectfully in a blue bucket to keep it clean
- Don't leave washing sitting in machines all day — this prevents others from using them
- If washing is left overnight, we'll place it in a blue bucket. Uncollected after 3 days may be donated to charity
- You spill it, you wipe it — use complimentary wipes, use the bins, own your mess
- Check machines after your wash for runaway socks — give them a quick wipe for the next person
- Relax, but no shoes on the seats — put a towel down or keep kicks on the floor
- Please keep the blue flexi-tubs in the store — they're there for everyone to use
- Children should be supervised at all times
- No alcohol, smoking or vaping
- No eating inside the laundromat
- Caution — floor may be slippery or wet
- Premises are monitored by 24hr CCTV surveillance
- Shoes cannot be washed or dried in our machines

How long does it take?
Washing: Approx 25–30 minutes. Drying: 24 minutes. A complete wash and dry takes under an hour.
How do I use your fancy-pants machines?
It's easy. Printed instructions are on every machine and on the wall. Give us a call if you need help.

- Empty pockets, check clothing labels
- Load machine and close door
- Select cycle and temperature
- Tap card or phone on the PayWave machine
- Wait for approval, then press START
Dryers:
- Load machine and close door firmly
- Select temperature preference
- Tap card or phone on the PayWave machine
- Press START

Can I use my own detergent / fabric softener?
Absolutely. Our Bella Vista store uses traditional dispensing — add products directly into the machine's dispenser drawer, just like at home.

Not a question — but don't overload the dryers
Dryers work best when half-full so hot air can circulate freely. Overloading means clothes don't dry properly and you'll need another cycle.
Pro tip: Towels and blankets take longer than t-shirts and sheets. For mixed loads, separate heavy from light items into two dryers.
