If you have pets, you have pet hair everywhere. Standard washing doesn’t always remove it. Here’s what actually works.

Before Washing

• Lint roller – Quick for light hair
• Rubber gloves – Dampen and rub, hair clumps up
• Dryer first – 10 minutes no-heat, hair goes to lint trap

Washing Tips

1. Wash pet items separately
2. Don’t overload machine
3. Use extra rinse cycle
4. Add 1/2 cup white vinegar

Drying Tips

1. Clean lint trap before starting
2. Use dryer balls
3. Clean lint trap midway through
