Avoid top-loading washers with agitators – The central spindle can damage down jackets. Front-loaders or top-loaders without agitators are safe.

• Down-specific detergent
• Front-loading washing machine

• 3-4 clean tennis balls or dryer balls

Step-by-Step Washing

1. Check pockets and close zippers
2. Pre-treat stains
3. Turn inside out
4. Use cold or warm water – Never hot
5. Select gentle/delicate cycle
